It’s getting exciting

The excitement is building in the shed almost as fast as we are building the new vehicles. We have now started our regular team meetings and its all starting to feel “more real”. At the same time the nerves are building as we approach a challenge that none of us have ever done before… the fear of the unknown??… but our team motto is adapt-improvise and overcome so we keep moving forward with the confidence that we will be able to overcome both the known and unknown obstacles as they present themselves.
One obstacle which we didn’t anticipate was how hard it would be to book 32 flights so far in advance and our thanks go out to Alan and the team at Harvey World Travel Ballarat for helping us through that one and our flights are now booked. We were getting a bit behind schedule with the building of our new trailer but local builder Geoff Beech has come to our rescue and volunteered to build the top half in his shed for us to go with the base put together by Sovereign Caravans so that we can focus on building the new vehicle to ride and on our training…. we never cease to be amazed at the kindness of people and we hope that our project will repay some of the debt that we owe to so many great people.
Best Wishes,
GG
