We have been on the road the past few weekends, tinkering with the gearing…on Tuesday night Clancy Purdie was riding at 110kph (which is the speed limit on the Western Freeway) in only 12th of 14 gears and held speeds of over 100kph for many kilometres…we think we’ve got the gearing right now.

Last weekend saw ADIMOV Dreaming, the solar assisted recumbent bicycle, designed and built by the Damascus College Energy Breakthrough Team for their Outback Rode RAGE hit the road for its first trials.

We are proud of the fact that our program is running carbon neutral. Last year we visited a farm near Wagga Wagga where we helped plant Mallee Eucalypts to offset our carbon emissions for the entire history of our program since 1998.
